- * A different language is a different
view of life.
(Federico Fellini).
Sometimes
publications already exist with their own identity, or material
is available that was originally for a different purpose, but which
could be reused to create a new product.
DIGIVIDEO offers complete advice
for restyling or putting together publications that must first be
enhanced by new techniques for presentation then translated into
a multimedial format to put them
on supports such as CD-Roms, cd-cards, DVDs, or Videodisks. In other
words, the aim is to return to the publishing circuit with a new
look.
Here is a summary of the required production phases:
|
|
Product Analyses |
Creation and inputting of multimedial effects |
Including interactive techniques |
Recreation of the storyboard |
|
Adjustment and/or touching up of the graphics line |
|
Over the years DIGIVIDEO has created and adapted a variety of products
in the most widely differing areas, from pharmaceuticals with applications
for the training
of medical representatives , ], to large-scale retailing
for the presentation
of "do-it-yourself" products , ], to applications
for the filing
of documents .
Thanks to the experience gained over the years, we have been able
to devise a series of solutions, software tools, and methodologies
for development, to make it quick and easy to create such products.
In its on-going search for more and more effective tools for managing
the contents and for creating designs, DIGIVIDEO
has identified the following technologies:
|
|
| Animation
and Multimedial Graphic |
Process
and Control of Data |
Management
of Databases |
| Flash |
JavaScript |
Access |
| QTVR |
VBScript |
MySQL |
| VRML |
ASP |
XML |
|
VML |
PHP |
|
| IPX |
Java |
|
| |
C/C++ |
|
|
Unlike an internet site, a CD-Rom or a DVD is created as a result
of the need to contact a specific group of users, for which that design
is conceived.
Moreover, since all the information is already
present on the disk, there are no more technical limitations
arising from slow online consultation, so it is possible to concentrate
totally on the quality and effectiveness of the product.
Videocatalogues, presentations, training courses,
digital kiosks, electronic calling cards (Cd-cards)...
All of these products become tools and their creation and distribution
have come to be part of the normal activity of a company's communication.
